Your figure starts
with clear rules.
Read these conditions before creating a proposal with your photographs.
Version 2026-10-11.1 · 11 October 2026
1. Who we are and what the configurator offers
A3DEI · 3DMaquetas, trading name of Antonio Delgado Muñiz, Pasaje Juan Sebastián Elcano 3, Málaga, Spain. Tax ID (NIF) 53895950G. The configurator lets you explore finishes and sizes, create images and models of a figure and prepare an enquiry for the workshop. Proposals are generated automatically and need review: they may misread features, colours or details. The digital result guides the project; the workshop will check its likeness and how printable it is before making anything.
2. The photographs you provide
You must own the photographs or have sufficient permission to use and transform them. If identifiable people appear, you need their authorisation; for minors, that of their legal representative. Do not upload images that infringe third-party rights or content that is intimate, unlawful or unrelated to the figure you want to prepare.
You keep the rights you hold over your photos. By accepting these terms and requesting a generation, you authorise their processing in order to prepare the images and models you ask for and, if you contact the workshop, to assess your project. This authorisation does not allow the workshop to publish your photos or proposals as advertising without additional permission. Along with each proposal we keep the main photograph you choose, so we can check the likeness and remake the piece if needed; you can ask us to delete it at any time, as explained in the privacy policy.
3. How your material is used
Selecting files lets you preview them. Processing starts when you press the button to create a proposal. To obtain the result we use specialised image transformation and model creation services, which receive the necessary references. Your acceptance covers both steps; each new generation starts when you request it.
We keep proposals and models so that you can recover them and review them with the workshop. The visible copy of the proposal may carry a watermark. You will find more information about processing, retention and your rights in the privacy information.
4. Responsible use and retries
Creating proposals uses resources and energy. You have up to 10 image proposals and 3 model attempts in a 30-minute period, subject also to overall service availability. When the image limit is reached, a 30-minute pause applies. Each new version of a model counts as another attempt; the same image allows up to three further retries, always within the available allowance.
If we confirm that a model never started, the failure does not consume an attempt and you can try again after a short pause. If we receive no response, we keep the attempt and check its status to avoid duplicates. After ten minutes you can close it and request another: the previous one may still be processing, and closing it neither cancels it nor returns the attempt used. Do not try to bypass the limits through automation or by changing identity.
5. Examples and results
The pairs of dog and figure shown at the entrance are illustrative examples created artificially. They explain the process; they are not customer photos or results from your files. Materials, colours, proportions and details of a manufactured piece may differ from the digital proposal. Images in the configurator do not certify that a model is ready for printing.
6. Prices, quotes and orders
The prices shown while configuring are the final retail prices for the options offered, with Spanish VAT included. You can add the figure to the shop, where shipping and taxes are confirmed before payment, and place the order there. Preparing an enquiry in the configurator does not confirm an order, reserve production or generate a charge. Any commission requires agreeing the design, price, taxes, shipping and lead time with the workshop before starting. Personalised pieces are made from your photos and your choices: before confirming, check the proposal, the size, the finish and the base. You can read how returns and the warranty work in the returns and warranty policy.
7. Acceptance and contact
We store the date and the version of the terms accepted for this visit. You can uncheck the box to prevent new generations; doing so does not cancel processes already requested or automatically delete results. To request deletion or to report a problem, write to a3dei3d@gmail.com.
These terms do not limit any rights granted to you by applicable law. If their content changes, a new acceptance will be requested before generating.
