Every figure is made from your photos and your choices, so it is not an off-the-shelf item. Here is what you can ask us for and what the law covers, without small print.

1. Personalised pieces: there is no right of withdrawal
Figures, engraved plates and other personalised pieces are made to the specifications chosen by the customer: your photographs, the size, the finish, the base, the text on the plate. That is why the law excludes these commissions from the 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to catalogue goods (article 103.c of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act, TRLGDCU). In plain terms: we cannot resell a piece made only for you, so we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
For the same reason we ask you to check the proposal, the size and the finishes carefully before confirming your order. If something does not feel right, we talk about it before production.
2. If production has not started yet
If you change your mind before the piece goes into production, write to a3dei3d@gmail.com with your order number and we will cancel it free of charge, refunding everything you paid. Once work has started (printing, assembly, painting, engraving) cancellation is not possible, because materials and hours are committed. If you are unsure, ask us: we will tell you where your order stands.
3. Legal warranty of conformity: three years
The above does not limit your rights as a consumer. Every piece carries the three-year legal warranty of conformity from delivery. It covers a piece that does not match what was agreed, arrives with a manufacturing defect or breaks because of a fault of ours. In those cases we agree the best solution with you: repairing the piece, replacing it or refunding the amount.
4. How to tell us
Write to a3dei3d@gmail.com with the order number and, if you can, photographs or a short video. We answer within one or two working days. You have two months from spotting the problem to tell us about it. For transport damage, contact us as soon as possible (ideally within the first 24-48 hours) and keep the packaging and photos of the parcel: that is how we claim from the carrier and replace the piece.
5. What is covered and what is not
Covered: pieces that differ from what was agreed, our mistakes in size, finish, colour or engraved text, manufacturing defects and damage during shipping.
Not covered: changes of mind about a design already approved; how close the likeness feels, since the figure is an interpretation of your photos and not a literal copy; variations that belong to handcrafted work (small tone differences between screen and piece, stone veining, marks from printing or assembly); knocks, drops, cleaning with abrasive products or any handling after delivery.
6. Shipping and return costs
When the problem is ours (defective piece, order error or transport damage) we cover the return and the replacement shipping, and we give you the instructions for collection. If the item is not personalised and you withdraw within the 14 calendar days, the cost of returning it is yours: write to us and we will tell you how to send it.
7. Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the moment we approve the return or cancel the order. If you paid by bank transfer, we will ask for your account details.
8. Complaints
This page sums up how we work, but it does not replace the law. If you believe we have not kept our side, write to us and we will sort it out. You can also ask for an official complaint form or go to the consumer information office in your town, and you may always take the matter to court.
