How we use the information needed to prepare your figure.

Photographs and proposals
Choosing an image keeps its preview in your browser. Selecting “Save design” sends your photographs and configuration to the workshop as a private snapshot. If you create a share link, anyone with that link can view the saved photos and configuration and continue a copy. Revoke links from “My designs”. Sharing does not permit the workshop to use the material for advertising.
When you select a photograph it is previewed in your browser, and it is transmitted when you request a proposal after accepting the terms, or when you select “Save design” to keep a private snapshot of your photographs and configuration. Along with each proposal we also keep the main photograph you choose, so the workshop can check the likeness with the figure and remake it by hand if the result does not work. It is not published by default, is not used for anything else, and you can ask us to delete it by writing to a3dei3d@gmail.com. We also keep the generated images and models, their options and the attempt history, and you can recover the last ten proposals of this visit.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the references to create the proposals you request and to prepare, at your request, an assessment of a possible commission. This processing is necessary to provide that function of the configurator. You must have the permissions of the people represented and of the owners of the images. Usage records help protect the service against errors, duplicates and abuse. We do not use this configurator to send you advertising.
Services involved
Hosting, storage, image processing and model creation services are involved. They receive the data necessary for those functions. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. You can ask the workshop for information about the services contracted, their locations and the applicable transfer safeguards. Retention periods and conditions of those services may differ from the workshop's own.
Retention and visit controls
Results remain stored until you request their deletion or the workshop stops providing the service. A visit identifier is used to recover proposals and remember the accepted terms. Attempts are also logged, together with an identifier derived from the connection, in order to apply the limits. Reloading the page does not reset the allowance. Visual preferences and the last example seen are remembered in your browser.
Enquiries and requests
The forms prepare a draft in your browser. The enquiry is sent when you send it from your email application; images are not attached automatically. If you contact the workshop, we will use the information in your message to reply and assess the project.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by writing to a3dei3d@gmail.com. State which proposal or visit you want to identify, without sending more information than necessary. You can withdraw acceptance for new generations by unchecking the box in the configurator. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Heritage and scanning
The figure configurator does not receive heritage scanning files. Custody and delivery of those models are agreed directly with the workshop for each project.
